TERM & CONDITIONS FOR ALL RSPOT CATERING SERVICES ORDERS

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Cancellation within 48hrs will be charged (50%) of Total Services
• Food Allergies MUST be notified upon consultation.
• Property damages to any rental equipment will result in a FINE up to $500.
• NO Substitutions on Packages/Specialty Dishes.
• Servers are ONLY to Setup/Breakdown equipment catered by R-Spot Catering Services.
